Hello friends! Today I want to share a card using the new Tim Holtz Blueprint stamps by Stampers Anonymous and the Sizzix Alterations Tattered Pinecone die.
Look at these cute little frosty Pinecones!
Color your stamps with the Mini Distress Ink Pad and then highlight with a Forest Moss Distress Marker. Remember you don't always have to use black ink on your stamps!
Stamp the image onto Watercolor cardstock.
The Frosty Pine cones are die cut, shaped and glued with a hot glue gun. See Tim's video here on how to create them. Once they are shaped apply a little Multi Medium with a brush and sprinkle on Rock Candy Distress Glitter. Don't forget the little greenery too. Love the frosty effect!
Cut a mat around the Pine Branch then stitch around the edge with a sewing machine.
Adding a little Merriment paper to the background is the perfect touch to frame our card!
To add a greeting choose a couple Seasonal ChitChat words, trim the end with a V, distress the edges with Vintage Photo Distress Ink on an Ink Blending Tool and attach with the Tiny Attacher.
Which Blueprint is your favorite?
I always love the Mini sets, they are so darn cute!
Thanks for stopping in! Have a fabulous week!
Richele

What a happy card! It says Happy Winter. Great reminder to pull out the distress inks and pens for stamps. I always seem to reach for the black when stamping. I really like the set with the greens and pinecone. But then again the minis are great for cards and more and you get more than one season. Thanks!
This is just gourgeous, love how it all comes together.
Great card Richele! Love the old fashioned feel. I've managed to pick a favorite, Christmas Blueprints 5. I love the sled!
I love Christmas in July! I am starting my wish list and making sure there are some pine cones this year. Love that stamp and die. Your card is very merry, with all the little Christmas time details. Love it!
